What are the benifeits of Free weight(Dumbbells) over Gym Machines?
I cant decide on what do buy, free weights or a machines?
I hear that machines are not worth the money but free weights dont have the same effect as gym machines?
Which is more better?
free weights are better if you’re trying to get stronger and bigger because you have to balance the weights when u lift them. machines only get you cut. I personally only lift free weights and use a machine exercise as a burnout
