What can I do in order to become the best possible pitcher I can be?
I love to pitch, and would like to be a starting pitcher next year for my high school baseball team. I am currently 16 years old, about 170 pounds, 5 foot 9 and can throw about 65 – 73 MPH. I would like help on increasing my velocity, stamina, accuracy/pitch control, location/plate zones and my pitches in general (i.e. my breaking pitches/specialty pitches and how to grip and throw them correctly). Thanks for the help.
lots and lots of long toss, for velocity. grips for pitches are kinda hard to explain
