please give me advice about how to get rid of the spots and prevent the rust and spots
All you have to do is keep it dry, and wipe it off if you handle the blade with your hands. Human skin produces an oil that will make the blade look dull over time. To get rid of the spots, you can use a simple stainless steel polish, found in any hardware store.
