why did the 14th and 15th amendments extend the right to vote to black men, but not to women?
Did Obama’s victory over Clinton in the 2008 Democratic primaries prove that black men get to break barriers long before women do?
This question makes zero sense. One Amendment gave black men the right to vote. A later Amendment gave all women of any color the right to vote.
How all that has a bearing on the 2008 primaries is beyond me. The 2008 primaries took place way, way after BOTH amendments were passed.
